Loki nodded as Jess, Peregrin, and their steeds, then the two wolves began to walk away. She spoke gently, "I pray you will, Jessica, and may the stars watch over you." she said the last part in the Ancient Language, blessing her long-time friend and brother. She wrapped her thin arms around Jessica, and nodded silently, "Be good, Peregrin and Argetlam." the two boys nodded, as Loki headed back with Echo by her side. "Loki...will Angel come back?" Echo asked as she paused by the entrance to her den, when Angel paused, obvious that Torak had said something. Echo shook her head, hoping that Torak hadn't broken both of their sides, because of his dedication to Jessica. She sighed heavily and licked Torak back, "Be safe, my son." she spoke gently to him. The large white wolf eyed them gently as they began to fade into the horizon.
Peregrin shifted, and eyed as Fiji re-appeared with a mouse in his beak. The efl shook his head gently, as Argetlam turned his head back around, as Angel paused, one foot in mid-air. She spoke, "If you do not wish for my company, please tell me, Torak." her amber eyes watched his intensely, though they were gentle. Peregrin looked to Jessica, "Any general direction, Jessica?" he asked gently, and looked over his shoulder as Angel bounded away, back to Echo, white wings on her shoulders and feet glittering in the sunlight. Fiji chirped to Torak, "Be careful, Torak." the bird swooped off ahead, scouting. Peregrin sighed gently as Echo and Angel disappeared into a den together.

Torak had wanted Angel to come but she had left before he had time to answer her question. But still he spoke to her.
I do what you come, but it looks like you want to saty here.
With that Torak looked to Jess and smiled wolfishly. Torak raised his dial and howled. The sad mornful howl of goodbye. Torak shook him self then started to run fast he kew that Jess had not even set off, but he wanted to run, soon Torak got tired and jumped up in air and turned round waiting for Jess to catch up with the others.
Jess smiled at Peregrin's question.
How about we follow Torak.
She said as the wolf dashed of in head of that. With that said Jess clicked the tounge and Rose started into gallop. Her speed almost unmatchable but she was not goig her fastest after all she wanted to give the others the chance to catch up.

Peregrin watched in shame, and shook his head of black hair lightly. He shrugged as Fiji asked him something, then he looked back to Jess, and grinned slightly, "I'm good with that." he paused, as Fiji whispered to him, in their link, "Peregrin...we shall have to return home soon...Loki has something she needs to show us." Peregrin frowned and looked to Argetlam who nickered gently and replied, "Don't look at me." Peregrin sighed and replied, "All right, but I want to travel with Jess a little longer." Fiji nodded his head, and rested gently on Peregrin's shoulder.
The white stallion looked to Rose, and whinnied gently to her, "It seems there's something troubling Torak, do you know of it?" Peregrin sighed heavily, and felt crimson creep up on his neck and his cheeks, then shook it away, not wanting to do that right now, "Following a wolf...a new way...I usually follow nature." he grinned gently as birds flew south, to their right. Peregrin pointed up, "For example, the birds, and also, sometimes the wind." Argetlam bobbed his head up and down in agreement, picking up his pace to keep up with Rose.

Jess smiled as she heard Peregrine’s words. Jess could feel a burning pain in her head, though she struggled not to let the pain over whelm her, she was not strong enough to hold of the pain for more than seconds. Soon the pain had consumed her whole body, the pain was unbearable, then just as she knew se could take no more of the pain, her eyes closed. Her body slumped forward and her head fell on to Rose’s neck. Then with a THUD Jess fell from the saddle. Jess landed on her side, her eyes closed and she found she was unable to open them. She tried to move her hands but she could not do that either. Her mind was racing. What had happened? One moment she had been fine riding along on the galloping horse, and then the next she had fallen to the ground and was unable to do anything other than helplessly lay where she had fallen.
The pain came rushing back to her and then she could tell that some one was trying to reach her mind. Jess’s anger rose and with the last bit of strength she had she closed her mind to the outside world. Jess was almost happy when the pain finally subsided to a numb feeling. She guessed that her forehead was still burning because it felt funny, but she was glad most of the pain had now died away. Jess tried to moved but still she failed in even the simplest movements.
Jess heard a soft noise the noise one would hear if someone was dismounting a horse near you. Relief flooded through her, Peregrine, she thought, but then sense came to her, the elf looked to light to make a noise when dismounting a horse. Soon the relief was changed to dread as she knew it was some one else. Jess tried to scream but no sound escaped her vocals. Panic was the only thing she was able to do now, she was pasting trying to think of logic and the only thoughts that came to her was what would happen. Jess didn’t what to die and although she doubted it would end in her death it was always a possibility.
Jess could feel some one touch her. Again her mind raced, there was nothing she could do, she was like an animal trapped in side a cage. Escape. Escape was now the only word that sprung to mind. Soon Jess could feel her self get dragged away. Then Jess felt a sudden rush of energy and although she still couldn’t move she managed to get one word out of her lips before the energy left her. Help.
Mmelpp.
Though the word came out wrong and properly unrecognisable to even a drunken dwarf. She had managed to say something, and even though it had not been very loud she was sure the Peregrine would have been able to hear it. Jess could feel her self get lifted up and placed on the back of what she thought was a horse before it started to gallop away.
Torak had just finish hunting when he heard Jess’s call for help. The call he could not ignore. His friend was in trouble and she needed him. Torak dropped his pray, and howled. I’m coming he called to Jess but got no reply. Torak started to run as fast as he could. Torak had been far away and even though he was already tired from hunting, fear gave he extra speed, fear for what may happen to his friend if he did not get there in time.
Torak did not even slow when he saw Peregrine. Torak could just make out the shape of Jess’s body been dragged away and the shape of a tall man dragging her. Then it hit him. That man, he was her father. Robin, the man who had claimed to be her Dada and whom Jess had then cut three times with her sword. Torak risked glancing up for Fji when he spotted the bird he spoke. Tell Peregrine that it’s the man who says he’s her Dad. He’s kidnapping her. Torak was confused why her own dad would be kidnapping her so he added at least I think he is.
Torak soon charged past Peregrine, he did not know where he was heading but he guessed that they would be going to some where in Uru’baen.
Rose felt the weight of her rider fall from her back and she slowed to a walk then turned round to walk back to the girl thinking that she had merely lost her balance and fallen. When Rose saw Jess laying on the floor not moving she knew something was wrong. With her warm velvety muzzle Rose rubbed her gently as if trying to wake her from a slumber. Rose started to worry when she did not wake, and then she lay down next to her rider.
Rose’s body warmth helped to keep Jess warm, but still Rose worried about her. Jess had never done this before. Rose did not know whether she had fainted or under some kind of spell, but one thing the horse did know was that it could not be good. Rose lifted her head and turned to the elf and his snowy horse, a nicker escaped her kisser as some one walked over to them. Rose showed the whites of her optics to the man, but he paid the horse no attention.
Rose heard as Jess spoke, and although Rose could not make out the human words she knew they where not to be ignored. Rose reared high and the pillars flew out at the amn but missed him by a few inches, it had not as the horse hoped it would scared him off, but made them man faster. Rose did not know what to do but once the man had thrown Jess onto the back of an ebon painted horse, Rose bucked and turned her dial to the snowy elfin horse and then she galloped off following the wolf and Jess.

His light eyes went to Jessica, as they rode in silence. It was comforting slightly, except for the clomp, clomp of both Argetlam and Rose. He glanced towards Jess, and shifted as Fiji disappeared, with Torak wandering off a bit. He kept his mouth shut, when suddenly Jess seemed to faint. Panic snaked through the elf, as she fell off the horse, he quickly knelt by her, and suddenly, without his elven ears warning him, or Argetlam, someone knocked him on the side of the head, knocking him into darkness. The last words he said to Jess, and the last ones he heard, was help, and he replied, as darkness engulfed the elf, though he managed to fight it long enough, to see the man from earlier, Jessica's father! Panic flew through him once more, as he fell to the side, and darkness engulfed him. Immediately, Fiji felt this, and took off, following the horse with Jess's father, and Jessica on it, with Torak and Rose not too far behind. Fiji swooped behind them, keeping his vision upon the horse, never leaving contact with Peregrin, "Awaken, Peregrin." he ordered in the Language, and suddenly, the elf jolted up, and groaned when he felt blood running down the side of his head. Without saying anything, the gash healed, as he hopped onto Argetlam, shaking the dizziness from him. "Argetlam, why didn't you warn me?" Peregrin demanded in thought. The horse shook his snow-white dial, glittering in the sun as he took off, and replied, "Master Peregrin, I could not speak to you, that man was powerful, and blocked both me and Fiji."
Peregrin frowned as his words, and unsheathed his sword, "We shall see about that." he hacked away at some branches the horses had knocked down, as he shut his eyes, seeing through Fiji's eyes, a special talent he had been given since he was a boy. Smirking devisouly, he noticed they were just ahead of them, but they had a good advantage to them though heading the right direction. Fiji swooped higher into the clouds, acting as if he was scavenging for prey. Peregrin sighed heavily, and kicked Argetlam lightly once more, "Pick it up, Argetlam." he urged, and the stallion replied, "With pleasure, master Peregrin...I shall personally kill the stallion who dares to obey that man." Peregrin nodded, amused with the horse's remark. "Argetlam, call for Rose." Argetlam nodded, and called out to Rose with a loud whinny, and mentally, "Rose, please be careful, and do not lose sight of them...we're right behind you."
