Embry smirked as Jake reacted tot he collor around Maddie's neck, he smirked and walked forward, srtokeing her like a pet, she shivered " Just a little something until she behave, then i might think of letting her off it" Maddie looked at the ground, she had two larger wolves beside her, plus the collor, thats whwen she suddnely collsped tot he ground, howling in pain as the collor glowed. Embry smirked, just a little deminstration into how it worked. But then, after the pain died, Maddie heard Chace's painfilled howl and whimpered, she couldn't feel the powerful werewolf link, the collor was blocking it. and she eyed Chace, but then shame washed over her, and she looked down, she felt dirty. and looked in horror as Ebony was dragged in. Ebony was kicking out, but ropes were being flung around her even more, they were trying to control Ebony. Embry looked at his brother again however as he spoke, He walked towards him " becuase it hurts you, your pain, gives me happiness" He then turned and nodded at his beta, who shoved maddie forward, she tripped and fell at Embry's feet, he smirked " you failed in protecting Maddie, your dear pack were too worried about answering your call for help when I took her, and now" He shoved her infront of jake, she had the collor on, jake wouldn't be able to get it off, Embry had made sure of that, but noe, Jake woould be able to smell clearly, maddie's scent had been tainted, Embry had 'claimed' her, it was wy Maddie was looking at the ground, so shamefully, she had unforchnately not heard jake's words eariler, blocked by the collor. Ebony couldn't smell that well, but that collor didn't block the whisperer's link, she felt great shame in maddie, and pain, not just physical. Ebony heard Edward, she had an idea that might work, well half an idea " Be what they consider a Vampire, act like you don't know us and your just on the war path to hunt down some werewolves, Watch out for Embry, the shadow gave him dark magic" she had spoek that only to jake and Edward then said only to edward " Kill only if you have to, We just need to get out off here, but go and make sure, Dawn is alright first, I left her in a Drithed bushes , just find my trail, until I was caurght, shse shoulds till be there" edward would then see why Dawn wasn't caurght, Drithed Bushes were very potent, it could easily mask smell. Ebony was no fool.

Taking a step towards where Maddie was, a deadly look on his features, the werewolf's eyes glanced to where he watched in horror as Ebony and Chace were dragged in. Looking silently towards his color-shifting younger brother, then his elder, noticing he was stuck in the middle. Literally. Biting his bottom lip slightly, he then shifted slightly, watching Maddie carefully, like a big brother would. That's how he saw himself, how they saw each other. He was the big brother, and Maddie was the younger sister, much like he was with Chace, though their bond was a big stronger, due to blood. Tense, the young werewolf blinked silently as he then took another small step, growling when Maddie yelped in pain as the collar glowed dimly, revealing it was causing her pain. When Maddie was shoved in front of him, his nose wrinkled in disgust, and he growled towards Embry, and hissed, his dark eyes flashing angerily in the moonlight that illuminated the entire clearing. "You bas.tard." He didn't care if Maddie or Chace heard it. The only thing stopping him from lunging at his older brother right now, was Maddie. Bending down, he aided her in getting up, keeping an arm free, before narrowing his eyes towards Embry, before he hissed, malice laced in his words, and pointed angerily towards the Alpha, he only a Beta - of another pack. "Embry, I challenge you to a Howler." Some of Embry's pack hesitated. A Howler was the eldest challenge of the werewolves, where the wolves fought with each other, ran their endurance, howled as long and as far as they could, and fought once more. It was a powerful ritual, and the loser lost - his life. Jake, stiff and muscles wired with anger sneered visciously, almost looking like a younger, more human Embry for a few moments. Though, it was all cut off, when he heard a wolf of Embry's pack howl painfully, and limp out, missing an entire limp. Hearing Ebony's words, Jacob replied, shifting slowly, though he was preparing himself to grab up Maddie, release Ebony and Chace, and get them and Dawn out of there. But - he'd need Edward's help - again. "That sounds good, Ebony." he stated only to her, not Edward, wanting his words to be heard only by her. "Take out a few of his pack on your way in, then maybe..." his voice faltered, as he heard a whipperwill. Shielding Maddie's eyes with his body, Jake realized it was Edward. Daring not to glance towards Ebony, he knew that she had summoned him.

Remaining poised in a tree limb, where he had retraced the scent, the pale-skinned young man shifted slightly, before tilting his head curiously. His golden eyes narrowed slightly, as the wolves dashed right under him. Wrinkling his nose in disgust once more, he caught their thoughts, almost laughing aloud at some of them, then wanting to rip a few of them apart at their thoughts. Tense and stiff, he then listened in to what was happening. It wasn't hard, the wolves were like a transmittor for everything. Shaking his head disapprovingly, too bad they didn't know he could hear everything going through their heads, but he was especially interested in the most poisoned one of all. Embry. He then perked once he heard Ebony's voice cut through the others. So - she wanted him to fight a few. A small smirk crawled across his lips, before he replied, a pale hand running through a few of his bonze-colored locks, and responded through their link, allowing Jake to hear as well, "I have a little - literally - friend coming to aid...her name's Alice, I don't think you've met her, Ebony, but she can see the future." He then moved with unseen speed through the trees, as if seeing the scent trail right before his golden eyes.

Nodding slowly at Ebony's words, he followed Dawn's scent, before landing in front of her, and eying a man with her and a falcon. Hesitating, he stepped back, all 6'2" of him, before the vampire eyed Dawn, then the guy with her, and spoke, "Oh...hello, Dawn...I just came to check on you." he flashed her a look that read, "That measns stay put." And he meant it, or he'd do something that would most likely make the others mad, besides Chace. Eying the man, Edward spoke calmly to Ebony and Jake, "Problem...she's called some...Rangers, I believe." Shifting gently, remembering his manners, he spoke to the man, bowing his head in a gentle bow, "Pleasure to meet under these circumstances, but I am Edward, sir." He then nodded, before zooming back off into the trees, the leaves rustled for a moment, before stopping, as if he had never been there.

Zooming back to the clearing, he then launched himself at the nearest wolf, growling angerily, and the wolf howled painfully, as its blood stained the ground. Resisting the urge to purge (it ryhmed, lmao), Edward nodded, smug as the wolf sagged into the clearing, without a front leg. He sneered visciously, before zooming around the clearing, leaving a heavy, new scent trail. Vampires smelled too sickly sweet to werewolves, he had been alive longer than any of them in the clearing, even Ebony - possibly. He then paused and revealed himself slightly, letting his golden eyes catch the light, and he sneered, before speaking, finishing off three wolves with a few twists and turns. He was the fastest vampire in Alagaesia, and the quickest in fights. "Well, well well...look at this...so many pups..so little time..."

Feeling the muzzle burn into his snout, the silver-black wolf with white paws whimpered, before eying the other wolf he and she had imprinted on each other. It was as if he could feel her pain, though he was thankful she at least couldn't feel his own. Yelping when one slashed out at him, he stepped back, allowing their fast healing to heal up his shoulder. Amber eyes looked to Maddie, as he caught the anger through Jake. His own anger sparked, before Chace lunged. The wolf yelped when another collided with him, knocking the wind out of his large lungs, and pinning him to the ground. The wolf pinning him, spoke to the Alpha, Embry, "It seems, Alpha Embry, that this one was a particular interest in her, though I can barely smell her scent on him, they've only met once or twice." Chace growled, baring his fangs, before his eyes flashing blood-red, his mixed blood coming into play, as he then managed to shove the wolf off him, staggering slowly, healing. He then shook his head violently, before growling, "You thought I'd give in that easily?" He hissed, before dodging a few new wolves, padding towards Embry, though paused when a wolf appeared, a leg gone. Disgusted, and smelling Edward, Chace smirked, before being slammed into by another wolf. Jesus it hurt! The younger werewolf yelped, before rolling away, panting slightly in the muzzle, it wasn't allowing him to breathe easily. His bushy tail wagged slightly, before 8 wolves surrounded him.

Embry's smirk was plastered on his face, he was winning again witht hat blastered mare now caurght he would suceed, no dragons, and no trouble. He unforchnately had not had time to have a new collor made having his second one, broken by Ebony again earlier. He chuckled coldly at Jake's reactio once he realised about Maddie. As Jake tried to help her up, embry kicked out Maddie's feet from under her, she crashed to the ground whimpering. Maddie was not movieng hardly, she had no energy left in her. But she could still see, she could feel others coming, others helping them, she switched off, wanting this day to be over, to be gone. She could see ebony in pain, chace, and jake, She felt like it was all her fault, had she not been there, they would have had no reason to be here. Embry was takaen aback slightly, at jake's challenge though and was about to answer when his beta spoke, he turned, and eyed Chace darkly. He forgot about jake and Maddie, although if maddie trid to get up she would jsut fall back down as her collor sent pain through her. He smirked as though it entertainment he was watching, chace trying to escape. Once he was surrounded, his beta, one of the 8 quickly lunged and pinned as more held him down, Embry's dark magic joining them, he walked forward and sniffed, his smell heightened with his tampered magic. He smirked, then he turned back to maddie and jake. he flicked his hand and maddie, flew towards him, away from jake and she crahed intot he ground at jake's feet, he sniffed her, and smirked again, then shoved her infront of chace, pinning jake were he was with magic so he wouldn't intervine, also slamming his mouth shut, and ignroeing his challenge.Embry wanted to see chace's reaction when he found out Embry had claimed his imprint. but then he suddnely morphed into his jet black wolf form, His matted shaggy coat, dirty. He growled as he smelt something sickly sweet, that vampire, was it with them? He howled a warning to his scouts. They readied for an attack as the limb less werewolf hobbled in. Embry growled as he caurght sight of him. Would jake sink that far to get a Vampire to help him, surely not. Listening to him he smirked then, in his aggraonce, he picked up maddie byt he scruff of her neck and threw her forward " have this one" He was being steriotypical, no werewolf would accept help from vampire, but hten again, he eyed Chace, and could see his longer fangs.
Ebony watched, but had stopped struggleing her mouth dripped with blood as her ropes dug in making her skin raw around where it was. she heard jake's challenge and spoke only to him " if he does do it, he will cheat with magic" She then looked as a werewolf limbless walked in, she eyed MAddie and jake, then chace. She tried to kicked out but only receive a yank on her bridle. She glared, but then felt and hear edward, the trees couldn't help, there was too many, and they would not rsk the innocent getting hurt, also there was others int he forest, those who called themselves rangers.

Ebony was watching events unfold, takign them in her mind whirling with an idea to get the hell out of it. She eyed Edward as he spoke, then quickly reminded him " and she is a whisperer, her blood is fatal to you, drink that and you die, you know that" She saw Embry throw MAddie at Edward. Maddie quivered looking up with fear, she was stuck in her werewolf form, but still, zara's blue eye looked upa t Edward in pure fear, she whinnied as she was picked up, but then sense came to her, she was whisperer, the Vampire would die if her blood was drunk by him. She then felt ehrself being tossed like litter, she frowned as another Vampire aproched her, she tried to get up but gootn, so tried to scrabble away, but hen stopped as the Vampire attack her collor. She looked ocnfused, but stayed still, not really having hte energy to fight. Ebony was rearing again, the wolves pinning her down, suddnely they lept on to her, bringing her down, she whinnied painfully, and kicked out fromt he ground, but it was no use, she was stuck there. Embry had snarled as he had tossed her aside, he had hoped to get rid of the Vampire by the trick. He snarled he then heard and saw the collor go. He quicly flicked his hand summoning Maddie to his side, again. Maddie, weakened, morphed back into her human form just as sh was pulled back intot he clearing. The human girl stood at the jet black wolf's feet, he smirked, she could barely pick herself. Embry morphed and held her up infront of him and Chace " Stop freak or your imprint might get int he way, and kill you in the process" he smirked coldly hten looked around at the other Vampires, He snarled and froze them in place with Magic. along with Chace, he then approched Chace, " I will kill you first" He was raisieng his hand to realise the magic, when Maddie's instincts, her imprint, Energy flooded her as she lunged and morphed pulling Embry down, he howled, then slammed Maddie into the tree, a bone chillling crack was heard, as some bones became two or more. Emby smirked as the wolf sliped into unchoncousness. He hoped it was her neck, but he didn't know. but when Maddie had shook him of his concentration, Ebry was no experienced enough in his magic, the freezing spells had all come undone.

Ebony's Energy was warning fast blood dripped fromt he bit in her mouth, her skin was cut, red raw, and bleeding in some places. Her coat had ben rubbed away where the chains had dug in already. She lay ont he ground, wolves on top of her, their clews digging in like knifes. She gasped for hair, hearing Edward, she snorted down the link " just reminding you, that even though Maddie is a werewolf, she is still a Whisperer" her voice was getting weaker but Ebony tried to hide it. and could only watch as events unfolded.

Maddie;s unchochous form didn't move, breathing weakly. Embry was smirking, until he felt hte two other collied. Damn he throught, the little whisperer freak had tripped his concentration. He morphed and Slashed back at his smaller brothers. Growling using his new gifts and his old talent in his twisted magic to fight back. His Beta howled the retreat, Embry snarled but could see this batle was lost. He howled the retreat and hte others Ran indifferent directions, before too many were killed. Until it was only Embry, left to deal with Chace, he snarled eyeing him, ready tor un himself. He stood, he still had a smirk on his face and was amused by the younger one's words. Once ordered to go he stood, and replied "I would be careful Chace, Vampire scum you maybe, but Shadows can kill Vampire ever so easily, I am sure the Shadow will find it interesting to know you have imprinted on his grand daurghter" with that he smirked turned and ran, before chace could react.

Maddie slowly came around, her arm and her ribs had snapped, and her back nearly, but a lucky escape meant it hadn't. Her eyes flicked open,s he was still in her wolf form and she whinned gnetley, before her nose caurght the Vampire's scent, she eyed them and then Edward, fear flashing in them, not becuase he was a Vampire, but becuase he was a man, and after what Embry had done to her, She was a bit spooked, She scrabbled away, form the Vampires, and bumped into the tree she had been knocked againest, She needed her imprint, Chace to reasure her and he would be ht eonly one who could, apart from Ebony, who was still lying down, exhusted and bleeding.
